gr-transient notices

This repository is a historical research record. Copyright and licensing are
file-specific.

The top-level LICENSE is the text of GNU General Public License version 3.
Project Python files generally state GPL version 3 or later, although several
retain an unfilled generated copyright-owner placeholder. This notice does not
assign ownership or replace any per-file notice.

The GNU Radio out-of-tree module directories contain generated or copied
scaffolding with notices attributed to the Free Software Foundation.
CMakeParseArgumentsCopy.cmake and UseSWIG.cmake in each module retain BSD
notices attributed to Alexander Neundorf, Kitware, Inc., and Mathieu
Malaterre. LICENSE-CMake.txt reproduces the accompanying CMake 2.8.12.2
copyright and license text referenced by those files. Their per-file terms
remain controlling.

Notebooks, flowgraphs, figures, PDFs, and generated binary data do not
consistently contain individual license notices. Their inclusion records
project provenance; this notice neither expands nor narrows any applicable
rights.
