Somebody motorised a horn telescope

An independent Instructables build that borrowed the DSPIRA horn design and put it on a motorised mount

A twenty-three step Instructables build of an automated radio telescope. On the antenna, the author is direct about where it came from:

So, the first part of the project was making an antenna to improve the signal. I could have used a typical satellite dish, and it would probably work, but I used the design from DSPIRA.

What the DSPIRA lessons do not cover is pointing the thing by machine. This build adds a motorised mount and drives it, which is the obvious next step after a few nights of turning a horn by hand and writing down the angle.
